  • Underserved communities suffer from inadequate infrastructure, including limited access to electricity and clean water, which hampers their ability to become self-sustaining and creators of their own opportunities.

  • Schools in underserved communities face resource disparities, including outdated facilities, which does not prepare learners for the demands of the modern workforce.

  • Churches serve as community hubs offering outreach programmes that mobilise resources and empower local residents to address social, economic, and environmental challenges.

  • Communities hold valuable insights into their own needs, priorities, and resources and inform more effective and contextually appropriate development interventions.
